So, (because I'm secretly a grandma) I bought some eyeglasses frames at an antique market a few weeks back. I think they're neat, but they're admittedly super large and nerdy...like their new owner. Just last Sunday, I was watching a rerun of Pop Up Video and Van Halen's "Hot for Teacher" came on. I swear to God, the nerdy kid in the video has the exact same glasses:
Anyway, I've been looking for new glasses frames for a while and I don't like any in the stores I've been to(and by stores I mean Target). How about these? Honest feedback please! I'm expecting at least two comments from this plea, so don't let me down, guys.

Couple things:
1. Yes, you can totally rock those glasses - thumbs up from me.
2. They do look similar to the ones worn by that geek in "Hot for Teacher" but those were nerdy where yours are not.
3. They sell frames at Target?
You can pull them off, but I do think they are a little grandma, but in a good way. You are cute no matter what!
Love the shape of the frames. Feeling a little bit of harry potter, though.

Thanks, you guys! My expectations for advice have now doubled. And I still will have to ponder it a bit. Of course, these will not be my everyday glasses...I need a "My other glasses are contacts" bumper sticker.
But yeah, Target optical is great. I think my option is mostly based on the optician's hair. I am in love with it. So shiny!
